My parents were here first, and they owed me a living.
They don't owe you a living, their duty is to raise you in a way that you'll be ready to earn a living for your self when you grow up.

Owed, not owe. Past tense. And they owed me more than just preparing me to earn a living later in life.

Pretty sure that's covered under 'good beatings'.

Your thoughts?
In response to the original title, time to think, there is a time to think.

That is the time to think again, and take the time to think again, before you respond or react in giving immediate response to something you think you know everything about, is it not?

It is human adaptation to current climates that gives illusions to we know what we think we are talking about, even if we have only experienced 10% of them.

So think again, as these are my second thoughts before responding. 😉
