Timeouts???

I am new to the site. Does a timeout need to be claimed
or is it automatic is one player goes over time limit?
If it needs to be claimed how is that done? Your
assistance in this would be appreciated.

In normal games, a timout needs to be claimed.
If you ever have a game where the timeout rule comes into play, a 'claim win' option will appear beside the game in question.

In tournaments (and clan games), timeouts are automatic. However, tournament and clan games are only available to pawn stars, so that bit of the timeout rules wont apply to you at the moment.
