Tell you what - disregarding your sarcasm and dislike for the English, I think you make some good points. I disagree with your assessment of their defense. Certainly Italy's defense is as strong a defense as you'll find in the world, but England's back four are very stout, especially with a healthy Neville.

I agree wholeheartedly with your assess ...[text shortened]... 's the biggest problem facing both England and the US in their quest for a trophy.
I don't dislike the English. I do however work with 5 of them. And they seem to be everywhere here in Perth. But i like nothing more than giving them a good stir up every now and then. They either take it in good humour and get stuck into us Australians, or they get really angry and their voice increase 5 octaves to a squeal, go red in the face and end up sounding like C3PO. My post was more tongue in cheek. They hate the Italian team, and being of Italian immigrant parents I couldn’t help myself.

Midfield Strategy:

Considering England try to bypass the midfield compl ...[text shortened]... is would be futile. Plus, it provides hours of entertainment for the rest of the Football world.
This remindes me of Billy Connolly talking about the Scottish football team...
