I usually avoid arbitrary links, also. But I think you misinterpreted drewnogal's review.

The link is safe and clean. A documentary is being made about these poverty kids (they live on a huge landfill) who have built orchestra instruments from garbage, and are become so skilled at making music that they are achieving fame. Check it out.

I've seen the video before. I was amazed at the tone and quality of the steel barrel cello for instance. 🙂
