Can you please stop offering me draws every go. I don't know how
you do it but even when i decline your draw you somehow don't move
a piece and offer another draw??I'm not going to accept any of your
pathetic requests. I now see why Baron went off at you. Can you
please just get on with it, after all it is only a game and we're here to
have fun.

Maybe he is needing more time to analilze his game, Sometimes
when I am in a worse position and dont have enoug time to think i
offer a draw knowing he is not going to accept and i can gain some
time, but not more than once per move. This option shouldnt be
allowed a second time in the same position is a problem of the
porgram on the server.

offering a draw because you don't have enough time does not seem
oK to me. I know the program doesn't act like that, but a draw is
normally offered WITH a move.

You are Right, but I usually say to my oponent that im in a lack of
time, and they understand, this is because the program like you say
is not working within the chess rooles.

You have a point Boby, but there is no way that Khalid needs more
time. He has been offering this same draw for over 2 weeks now, in
which case there is something wrong with the program. I also agree
with you sintubin. The player knows the time out applies and if he/she
accepts these rules than he/she should abide by them.

I know too well the problem - I have the same with Andy Webb -
offering me a draw in a lost position now since 28th April 2002, he
timed out days ago - but we persist. I'm hoping for PC problem - his
end, isp down or mother has told him to go to bed!!!!

Yeah a PC problem would be nice. They probably abuse it enough so
it could be possible. Man i really do feel sorry for his mum and family
