I once was accused of this: 'I think you used software', got pissed off and wrote a long reply, which I regretted a little later, when I thought I should have simply answered: 'You obviously didn't.'
Oh well. I resigned a game today. I like to think I played Gary himself.

Another thing about them: they are emotional about losing. (Losing can be beautiful in my opinion, I enjoy lost games often more than my won ones.)
Will have to agree. I learn a lot more from my lost games than my won ones.
I find drawn games most exciting. It is a close battle to the end. Analysing these games, you can then try and work out what would have given you that winning edge for future reference.

Nyxie - I don't know you and haven't had the pleasure of meeting you on the chess board, but I'd say ignore the folks who accuse you of cheating (along with most of the other posts in these forums - but that's another conversation🙂).
When you play chess on the internet, you have no idea who you're playing against or what forms of help they're using - Gary could very well be looking over your opponent's shoulder and saying, "Not the bishop, numbskull, move the knight....No! The other knight! Sheesh!" When folks sign up to play here they get what they get. If they're so worried about a meaningless rating at an online chess site, then they need to get a life. Just forget 'em and keep playing your best. I'm really sorry you resigned from any games or tournaments because of this - that stinks.

That's how you managed to beat me every bloody time!
Ha!

The other one who seems to believe I'm not capable of winning is a friend of his, and a mod so I'm not at liberty to put that name down here for fear of being censored.
1)He's an estimated (!!!) member of the community
2)He's obviously a good friend of Rapalla7/Ringtailhunter
3)He's a 1400 player
4)In his spare time prefers to post drivel in forums than moving in his games
5)Luckily he's no longer a game moderator
Guess who he is?

That sounds ever so serious!
