@Very-Rusty

I drink tea, can't stand coffee and my kettle has been going strong for 20 years now.
All it does is heat water, don't see anything wrong with that.
If the water boils, there is not going to be much in the way of microbes alive that could withstand that so there is no medical argument against using them.
Any kind of container used to heat water will have the same results.

I drink both tea and coffee as I've said. I've went through several kettles the plug in kind over the decades but they as a rule last many years before you have to replace them.

EDIT: I feel I get my money's worth out of them and they are quick.

Being from England with your afternoon tea, I expect you know what your talking about when it comes to tea. I boil the water, then put the tea in a cup actually and get two cups out of one tea bag. I always drink green tea and have several cups each day.

I can see it now, "Rusty's Imaginings", like a Saturday morning kids' show, like "Peewee's Playhouse". It would be G-rated, for sure.

Are you saying I can post P.M.'s sent by yourself to me, and will a moderator give the OK on it?

You still never answered about what you meant about do I live in a teepee? Sounds quite racist to me actually.

te·pee
/ˈtēˌpē/
Learn to pronounce
noun
noun: teepee
a portable conical tent made of skins, cloth, or canvas on a frame of poles, used by North American Indians of the Plains and Great Lakes regions.
