To what extent do passive-aggressive trolls -- those who, unconsciously or deliberately, elicit extreme responses, even rage, from other posters, by virtue of the -- receive preferential treatment compared to users that breach the TOS in obvious ways that are easier for the administration to perceive and deal with?
