This guy's a complete conservative nutjob. When I first heard this song, I thought it was a joke; no one could be this crazy, I thought.

Yeah, we sure kicked your ass, Iraq! We sure showed you for... doing nothing wrong. Mission accomplished!

I love that song. I used to listen to country stations just to listen to it. It speaks to the alpha male in me.
EDIT - It never mentioned Iraq. It's about the Taliban.
I realize it makes no mention of Iraq, but Iraq was the next step in revenge attack for 9/11. It was probably an unfair connection though.

Good for you to admit your bias and correct it on the spot. Would you have the U.S. appease the Islamofascistas?
Originally posted by ark13I am no big Toby Keith fan, although I do think he is a talented vocalist. Even though we all know he is a big Bush supporter, I think he just wants to capitalise on the War more than he is concerned about the right or wrong of it. Bush sold a lot of people on the idea of there being some connection of 911 and Iraq. It's easy to sell people when you have knuckleheads spreading violence and assorted prejudices. Ignoring facts is common when prejudice and peer pressure takes over. Sometimes I wonder why the power of Musicians and Jokers aren't included in the game of Chess. I guess that is why the Queen Knighted Sir Paul McCartney. Someone it seems noticed the power and influence of music . Positively or negatively. I just hope everyone understands about the influence and will use their own good judgments and not be empty headed and let music and entertainment tell you how to think. Hollywood wants to make everyone think they can and should become Rambo. Difference between Rambo and real life is when the director says cut. Rambo gets to go home and be with his wife and kids. The "I want to be like Rambo's" usually end up as dirt and ash.
