What kind do you use and why?

I currently have Crest Multicare with Whitening. The multicare makes me feel like I'm focusing on all parts of oral hygene. I don't know enough to know what I should be focusing on, so I guess it's the next best. And whiter teeth can't be bad, can it?

If you have computer access, I'd imagine you could alert the authorities yourself. Or at least order yourself some toothpaste.

Hmmm. I used to have a problem with sensitive teeth, so I always have some toothpaste for that around too. But I rarely need it anymore.

i used to get sensitive teeth when i had a brace. i think it was 'cause it was moving my teeth. my diet changed from toffee to greek yogurt mixed with banana... i dislike toffee now, for some reason.

and it's all because i didn't think of switching toothpaste. now i know!

Well I used to have straight teeth but I got mashed up in a street robbery 2 years ago, needed a 4 hour op on my jaw and chin, got the teeth fixed up with root canals and a bridge, but the front ones crossed over, so I'm getting them back to normal to finally resolve the issue. Bent teeth are not good for your appearance.
I wore braces for 2 1/2 years as a kid and the idiot made my teeth worse. I signed a disclaimer at the age of 16 just to get the blooming contraption out of my gob. In hindsight I could have sued his lilly white ass for a couple of bags. Ah well. you live and learn. 😀
