See The Blue Man Group.
Go to Little Italy and get a nice Italian meal and a cannoli.
Play chess in Washington Square Park.
Visit the Empire State Building.
Eat some real pizza, bagels and hot pastrami.

2. Find a church and pray
3. Do use travelers checks and leave all cash in the bank
4. Don't drive, don't use a cab, don't use a subway, don't walk, , don't go to parks at night alone, and forget the subway. You will understand when you get there. The fun part is reading in the paper about the ones who didn't listen to me.
5. Do stay out of tall buildings
6. Buy a post card of lady Liberty and impose your photo in the foreground to prove to your friends that you survived the City. Oh and maybe you should post date it.
7. There is this nice little stripper bar at....well maybe you better forget that.
8. Instead locate Times square if you can find a military tank to get you there and watch the ball fall. I hear it takes a year.
9. I can tell you that the pizza there is great as long as you can get them to accept a travelers check for it.
10. While there look up David Letterman and ask him.
