2. Horse head in bed (Godfather).
3. Bambi's mother gets shot by a hunter.
All good choices. I knew about the 'alien from JH's belly' before seeing it. It would have been an enormous shock moment of I wasn't expecting it. Remember being more shocked Ash was an android!
I would take out the horsehead and add 'the arm from the grave in the original 'Carrie''
