Reminded me of the objections when daylight saving time (turning the clocks forward/back) was first proposed in Queensland, Australia's redneck equivalent of North America, it appears. The main objections then were that carpets and curtains would fade more and cows wouldn't know when milking time was.

Consider a class of 10 kids.
9 have IQs of 90 while one is a genius with IQ 190.
Average IQ of class is therefore 100.
