That decision has nothing to do with the game mods. We can wave a red flag if we suspect something, but multiple account violations are the site admin's domain - we just don't have any access to personal, account, ip or payment information that would be necessary to confirm such a case.
If you feel a mistake has been made and have good reasons, PM Russ.
