Then count me out because I am old and couldn't do much in just one day. I'd need to take a number of rests unless, of course the person I was trading places with was...well dead I guess.

Money. Vast, quickly transferable wealth would be my criteria. Swap places. Pilfer said wealth. Burn everything the unfortunate transferee owns and commit a series of major felonies. All done.
