'Training Wheels'

We all either started out with or later acquired two of them... unbridled

emotions and a cluster of arrogance. We've all got to get rid of these

babies for the sake of ourselves today, RHP and for the future's sake.

Do grasp what Paul meant when he wrote, "I am chief among sinners".

Paul labeled himself "chief among sinners" because he used to persecute the same Christians that he later became a part of.He knew he was forgiven but could not forgive himself .One of the biggest things you can take away from the life of Paul is.. Just because your doing something that you think, know, or convinced yourself is right... doesnt mean it is... and two.. doest matter how vile you are.. theres always hope for you GrampsπŸ˜›

Absolutely, Epic. He persecuted and murdered them as an unbeliever... zealous but ignorant

of absolute truth and eternally separated from God without a prayer. On the Damascus Road

the light shined. He reached the moment of common grace and faith alone in Christ alone.

It was after his spiritual (second) birth that he became aware of and sensitive to Divine Standards

(Doctrine of Harmartiology), his shortcomings, pride and willful arrogance. Absolute truth

is the only standard... no matter how clever we rationalize our thought pattern and behavior.

All his life right up to the Damascus Road conversion, clearly Paul

kept the law but was in rejection mode toward Christ as the promised

Messiah. Then he repented which simply means he changed his mind.

Edit: Epic, totally confident that together we'll easily get most of this and other stuff cleared

up between those promised beers I'm on the line for and buying later on this year. πŸ™‚

Are we circling the wagons so we can get a better view? Did you bring the popcorn?

hmm, old guy encounters kid/tard on the internet, suggests to meet up in person and buy alcohol for said kid/tard - isn't there a word for that? let's see, something to do with dogs or horses...oh yeah - "grooming".

Now there you go again, Dave, with your heart in a dainty box and your 'my subconscious hates me'

in a gentle pail. Comforting, I guess, to know that some things stay the same amid all the change.
