Note to RHP Brits: I'm invading your country next Sunday with the avowed intention of joining one of your universities. If any of you happen to be in Cambridge on Wednesday (17 Dec) afternoon, or in Edinburgh (near the campus or in the Joppa area) on Friday, fire over a message and we can see about meeting up, although I'm going to be mostly running around crazily trying to get things in order.
Also, if anyone's done a Cambridge interview, particularly for maths, and would care to give me any pointers, please be in touch.

Good luck! Unfortunately I was never in the running for Cambridge - ended up going to Plymouth University instead where I met a certain person called Russ...
What attracted you to try for Cambridge?

Also, I almost certainly couldn't be accepted to the equivalent American schools due to generally unimpressive grades which the British schools have overlooked (I applied to six in Britain and one in the States). Furthermore, I'm certainly certain that the equivalent American schools would be rather out of my price range.
Thanks, huntingbear 🙂.

Good luck, RC. I think you will like the city of Cambridge if nothing else. It's a lovely city, although probably quite cold when you visit.
Thanks for the goood wishes all 😀.
