Why is there so very much anger, angst and arrogance in the world?

Note: Pawnie, Smaug and Huckleberry approved thread (I think).

My answer (the shorter version than the first one I typed): adults are simply children who got older. Snotty children grow up to be snotty adults. Sensitive children grow up to be sensitive adults. Bullying children grow up to be bullying adults. Empathetic children grow up to be empathetic adults. Etc. The world is just one really big school bus. The bus driver is too buys trying to drive the bus; he doesn't have time to fix every little squabble and teach the children that life isn't about taking as much as you can from everyone else.

Anger? What bloody anger? God you make me steam at the ears for writing such trivia. I only worry about little things. There's really not much to worry about, is there? I'm above all this. You just don't realise how perfect I am! 😛
