It is only on this site.
It could be a false positive or it could be an actual trojan, if it's from the advertising you should send feedback (link at the bottom of the page)
Ok, curiosity got the better of me and I clicked, My AntiVir guard didn't detect anything... I'm now running an Malwarebytes scan, i'll let you know if it finds anything 😕
You can also try googling the name of the trojan you have picked up to see what it is.
