Walking to the bus stop. Hesitates. Gets nervous about the two . . .well . .. um . .guys there. Thinks twice. Trying to hail a taxi. Can't find one. Rethinking my plans. Maybe I'll call in sick to work. If I just let them get on the bus how long before the next one comes. Am I being childish about this. They don't look dangerous. Sighs. Walks toward the bus stop slowly, hoping the bus will show up right away. Oh Great! There's a cab!
( trying to give out copies of the Watchtower at the bus stop at 3:00 a.m. is not a successful as i thought it would be...that taxi over there nearly ran me down and that guy in the overcoat who smelled of rum didn't want to hear about the baby jesus but he did keep saying something about "baby"..whatever that meant )...so it is nearly 4:15 a.m. so i guess i will go down to the dougnut shop and try to save some cops from going to hell.
