Who will win?

I'm supporting PSV, but don't expect them to win. I hope they get out of their group though...

I think Barca will probably win...

Barca is the obvious favourite. Tremendous team, seem as hungry as ever (the benefit of playing with joy and not with rage is that rage dies out after titles) and no real disruptive changes to their squad...

That said, Porto is going to destroy them and Anderson will be the next brazilian superstar. 😉

It's a no brainer...

AS Roma will win it

Seriously though, I thought Inter, AC, Real and Barce were favourites.

But Inter and Real contrived to lose their openers.

So who knows.

Don’t fancy any of the English teams, but Man United is looking good this season.

BUT

Whenever they start well, they end badly.

Real Madrid all the way. Yeah, true, they were defeated in
the opener though Juninho P. played inspired.

They just need a couple of more matche sot get in the Capello strat
and we will see Cannavaro at his best and Van the Man connecting with
a mid field that I still don't like too much yet I think it's thick
enough.

I am waiting for lots of 1-0 and 0-0 but, hey, that's how you
win those tourneys.

AC Milan will win. They have the best midfield in the Champions League.

If they get it together, they'd be awesome. But we've been saying that for 3 years now. Maybe Capello can sort them out.

CL winners 2007?

Liverpool Football Club.

Right. Benitez is rotating their squad so hard you'd think he's drilling for oil.

I know, I know, but the cleaning it's on its way. Once Real
gets rid of the grandma divas [a.k.a. Ronaldo, Roberto
Carlos, Raul and company] the team will be purified from dirt.

Let's say CL 2007 quarter finals and 2008 winners.

Surprisingly none of you have mentioned Chelski?

Mourinho is fighting for his job... if he doesn't win the CL this season he'll be sacked... Abravomic has got Gus Huydink ready to take over.
And let's face it, with the quality of personnel they have down there they should be in with a shout.

I don't think Chelsea's team is much better than Barcelona's. I'd say they maybe have more depth but that's it.

Depth of squad is a big factor though...
If Ronaldinho breaks his leg, what does that leave Barca with?
Thought you'd be rooting for Benfica anyway?

We're playing 8 games a week, what do you expect?

For the CL final, it'll be Liverpool against Ged Houllier's Lyon, with Liverpool sneaking a 3-0 win!! 😵😵😵

But being serious though, I don't think Lyon will make the final.

In CL I mildly am. In Portugal, I hope they get relegated under a court decision.
