His plan involves building a really big wall around all EU countries until they agree to all UK terms for a successful Brexit. His plan will cost $65 billion, but he intends to get the EU to pay for the wall.
When told that countries, like China, might have serious objections to such action, Pres. Trump is reported to have said, "If China has problems with this then let them build their own wall."
This is reported to be the first step in the World-Wide Emergency Declaration which President Trump will formally announce on April 1 of this year.
