I like Mike Rotch - err the name that is.
The only one worth mentioning was the time Aerosmith was in, and Moe's Bar was full. Bart called up for Hugh Jass....and it turns out he really was there.

During the American Civil War a member of McNeill’s Rangers (lead by Confederate Lt. McNeill) had the unfortunate name of William Sh**agger.

Edit: My first post got deleted because of the poor man's name. Any way I think his friends probably called him "Bill" for short.
