I find if you mix sour cream with Tofu it makes it easier to scrape into the waste bin.

yeah i knew her to she was a bonny lass, teeth like a N.A.F.I piano one black one white one missing,crash helmet with a till on top & studs on her ellbows to stop her slipping on the cobbles int rain.answered to the name of Slack Alice or mothers pride cos everyone had had a slice.

I recently made a very tasty tofu pasta topping with leeks, mushrooms, tomato puree & Parmesan cheese.
I picked wild garlic today. Am going to make some pesto as it has a short season.
Also made a spicy veg and potato omelette with cayenne pepper & smoked paprika.
