You will need to get the URL of the pic you want to have in place. copy that url, than goto my setings then my profile setings and paste the the URL in profile photo

if you found a pic on line that you wanted to use you can usually just right click on it, check out the properties and copy the URL from there.
This means you aren't leeching bandwidth off some unsuspecting site (not good internet practice, not the least because they could easily remove the image or replace it with something unsuitable).
