WHAT??? You must be joking. Vegas is a blast!
You walk into a casino and it is full of people sitting at slot machines with a drink in one hand and a cigarette in the other. They look like they've been sitting there for days, most are senior citizens. The place stinks to high heaven with all the smoke.
What is a blast?
Maybe I'm with the wrong crowd.

Tunneling, flying, ramming, C4, nothing works to get you out. You find you have a million dollar credit line and you keep winning, the only way out is to zero your account but you can't lose at any of the games. It goes on forever, it's its own little universe.

I don't recommend Las Vegas in the first place, but if you are going to go, the Shark's Reef at Mandalay Bay is well worth the money.
Mandalay Bay also has a cool beach and lazy river.
Other than that, Las Vegas is a bore, stay home if you can.
😞
I agree that The Mandalay Bay is fantastic - everything about it, you could spend a week in there and not see the same thing twice...
The Dualling Piano Blokes at New York, New York are ace, and just walking around The Bellagio makes you feel like you're on a film set.
I love The Strip, but not down the bottom end near The Stratosphere where it all seems to get a bit seedy...
I loved Vegas and would happily recommend it to anyone - but don't take any kids, there's nothing for them to do.

Hunter kicks butt
I thought the mania of thought in Fear And Loathing was great, like when he was so focused on keeping his speed constant for fuel consumption. My wife just felt like she was being shouted at.
I really liked the obituary skeeter wrote for him the day he died.

Would you really want to go?

Edit - More seriously, in this definition of hell, yes I'd like to go. Because hell would be such a large concentration of everything that I dislike, eventually making it worth visiting.
If hell is absolute void then not really, no.

Maybe, although it doesn't look all that interesting. I haven't been there yet, but it's actually not that far from here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell%2C_Norway
"Temperatures in Hell can reach -20°C during winter."
'Where are you from?'
'Norway'
'Where exactly?'
'Mmm...Hell.'
'Really????!?!? 🙂'
'Yup 😕'
'That's soooooooooooo funny!!!!!! 😀'
'I guess. 😞'

Well, personally, I like gambling (when I’m winning), going out to great restaurants, hanging out by a big elaborate pool with a nice drink, going to a cool sports bar and watching a game, walking up the strip, looking at all the ridiculous over-the-top architecture, people watching...etc.
I can't see much of a problem with that scenario.
