Way back in the day, when I was a pre-teenage type of person, I used to watch MTV and like most of what I saw there.
As I got older, I was surprised to find that MTV was playing nothing but total garbage, and VH1 had all of the cool music videos that I loved.
Last night, for the first time in years, I turned on VH1 and discovered that the channel was playing nothing but crap I've never heard of that also sucked. Hard.
Out of four videos that I watched before I couldn't stomach it any longer, I only recognised one of the songs, and it was one that I usually (always) write off as "crap." The other three were that noise that the young folk call music.
So the question is: Am I getting old?
