Right then, favourite game of all time is possibly Metal gear solid (1 not 2 as 1 was better plot-wise in my opinion) Other very good games:
Soul Calibur 2, PS2 (I'm playing this a lot at the mo)
Devil May Cry, PS2
Half-life, PC(theres a sequel soon 😲)
Age of Empires, PC (all of them, Kings, Conquerers, myths and the originals)
Deus Ex, PC (another sequel soon/now)
baldurs gate 1 & 2, PC
Jagged Alliance 2, PC (this is getting a little dated. But, its still a great game, I got ahold of the expansion pack the other day and had hours of fun)

what about Tony Hawks Underground? THis looks like a new improvement on the new online capabillities of the Xbox and PS2 (shame about the gamecube:'()
The GameCube is poorly underrated as a video game console. So It CAN'T PLAY DVDS, so what? It has really good games, and is underrated....it may suffer an early death:'(
I also am playing Soul Calibur 2 a lot right now.
When I'm not playing that, it is usually one of the GTA games (very theraputic after a long day at work).
I also really enjoyed Baulder's Gate for the PC. You might like the PS2 game of Baulder's Gate: Dark Alliance. It keeps strong by maintaining the best elements of both RPG and action. At first the action aspect turned me off, but I found the game to be a lot of fun.
Also, as a Final Fantasy fan, I am really looking forward to X-2 coming out next month. I liked FFX (bizzare and different though it is for a FF game), and I think X-2 will be even better, bringing back elements from the first few FF games that we haven't seen in a loooooong time.
