I found this .bin file and .cue file

Several years ago I downloaded this program which created a virtual drive on so you could play the cd, but I don't remember what it was called or how you open up the .bin file.

Can someone help me please.

I got Window ME if that makes a difference.

Edit: Or "Virtual Daemon" will let you mount files as if they were a real cd.

I have the burner on a different computer and I lost the softwared during windows reinstall.

I found alcohol120 though. I used that 4 years ago but forgot about it till it showed up on a search and then I'm like o ya, that was what I used last time.

a bin/cue file is an image of a (usually) cd. you need to either burn it into a cd and use as such, or you can mount it into a virtual drive so you won't actually have to burn it.

download virtual daemon, install it, and then use it to mount your bin/cue file into a virtual drive.
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php

it'll look in the explorer just like you had an additional cd-drive with your bin/cue file as a disc, and you can use it just like a real cd in a real cd-drive.
