That's fair. But at least the movie trailers are good. Perhaps the whole thing will be about 3.5 minutes long. No way Lucas can ruin it in that time, huh?
You might think that, but I have recently learned of the script through a friend who works in the editing suite at lucasfilm, it goes a little something like this:

Anakin Skwalker: I'm so angry I could sh;t!
Obi Wan: I must kill you before I have to get more drunk to do this stupid accent.
Anakin: But there's still another 3 minutes of the film to go
Obi Wan: Well let's have an extended fight with modern martial arts we weren't privvy to in the 70s to fill it out and highten the potential of sales merchandise.
Jar Jar: Me sir isa Jar Jar Binks!
Emperor Palpatine: You're still alive? I thought I'd ordered your execution!
Anakin: But I need to have a heart wrenching last minute test of cheese where I may just manage to remember the good times we had on Tattoine.
Palpatine: Your right, but please get it done quickly, we're running out of time

--Fighting ensues, Jar Jar is mercifully run through saving us all from further nonsense (the only good bit in the film), emperor scarpers, anakin mutilated but rescued by the emperor for transformation at a later date into the 70s Dark Lord--

Obi Wan: Damn, I better get out of here, the alcohol's wearing off
Yoda: Hmpf, retire to my swamp I will, nurse broken fingernail I must
Emperor (from afar): I will crush you all
R2D2: Beep beep boop (I'm george Lucas in disguise)

Cheesey versions of original soundtrack.

--End--

You have been warned.

You forgot Samuel Jackson's death:

Mace Windu: Get me my light saber

Anakin: Master Windu, which one is yours?

Mace Windu: Sh!t bitch!!! Its the one that says "Bad MotherF*cker"

Mace dies from lack of interest

the movie will be amazing. your life strolls along until, 'oh gee, star wars 3 is out, let's go see it'. then it's a blast. Star wars 2 was AMAZING in the theatre. Why? Because I waited, and got Center seats. I got to know everyone in line. It was an experience. I was blown away. I expect the same for the thirf movie. It's not that I've living to see it, but it sure is something to look forward to one night in May, 2005.

Ummmm....not so much dude. I think you are perhaps the only person I have read say Episode 2 was AMAZING. That's cool though. You will most likely not be disappointed.

What's so wrong with episode II which wasn't wrong in the first three films?

Great special effects, interesting story line (the political wrangling), lots of action, Anakin teetering on the brink of insanity...
I thought it was very good.

My main problem with episode I was not Jar jar, but was with the kid.
I don't like kids in films. I just don't like kids at all, really.

I am really looking forward to episode III, I hope Jar Jar gets beheaded.

There was a guy in Seattle that made it, oh, I can't remember...I believe over 100 days until he was moved on by the police a week ago or so. They were leaving him alone until a few people started complaining. I'll look it up and see just how long he was there.

Star Wars opening day camper evicted from Seattle streets
A Star Wars fan who was turned down for a Seattle permit to camp out until May when the next movie opens has been evicted fromt he streetcorner where he's been waiting, permit-free, on a sofa he dragged out there. He's responded by ditching the sofa and standing in line instead, for sixteen hours a day.

Tweiten and his tiny blue couch were made to move by Seattle Police just hours after a police spokesman told me Tweiten had not been booted because there had been no complaints. Not one since the 27-year-old began a 139-day squat in anticipation of the May 19 opening of "Episode III: Revenge of the Sith."

Suddenly, according to SPD spokesman Sean Whitcomb, an anonymous caller did complain. "So the individual (Tweiten) was provided with a copy of the (no sit/no lay) ordinance, the individual was given a verbal admonition and told that, if he did not move, the individual would be cited the next day," Whitcomb said.

I don't know what's more pathetic.
Camping out in the street or actualy forcing someone to move like that.

Well the only redeeming factors of Episode II was the story of how Boba Fett came to be and ninja Yoda. The rest was sickening to me.

My biggest issues with these last two movies is that I don't think they do the original triology (4,5, & 6) justice. Lucas just threw the kitchen sink at all the effects he coulld (which I admit are amazing) and tossed away any interesting storyline. The acting is horrific because I don't think some of these quality actors can doing anything with this sh!t lines.

The storyline has been really feeble so far. The trade stuff, Anakin's origin (the midoclorhans and the whole "there was no father" crap - nice plug for Christianity, Lucas).

I think Episode III can be really good if the opening starts with Jar Jar sodomizing George Lucas. After all, Lucas pretty much sodomized all of us so far now, right?

Not long to wait now. Bring it on! It's weird seeing Darth vader cut outs in shop windows. It's like a flash back to 1977. Throw in Yoda, Chewbacca, C3PO and R2D2 and where have the years gone?
