Well, I live in North Carolina now, but I was born in Fort Laud. (Broward Co.) and lived there until I was 8 yrs. I don't know if that counts but most of my relatives still live there and I see them every summer!

I did live 10 lovely years in Miami, but now I have been 6 terrible years in Jacksonville, FL, "The Worlds Largest Hick-Town" the place with 99 6/5% filled with REDNECKS!

Sorry Luck, that Stinks! Nasty side of the US, isn't it!

That is 95 percent of the people, but if you look in the Jacksonville phone book you will find it is only about 20 last names out of 1,000.

😉

I guess I would be considered a "country boy", but let me assure you that I am not a RACIST! Some people may think I have redneck in me because I drive a truck, wear boots on occassion, ride horses, etc. But to me, thats silly. I have had some academic teachers whispering that I'm a redneck because I teach shop and am part of the vocational department. Again, that's silly!
I think it depends on what area you live in and what the definition of redneck is. Our redneck boys here aren't ALL racist. I guess maybe we need to listen more to Jeff Foxworthy.🙂

Lakeland Florida here, best place to live in the world!!!
😀

then again all the other places I have lived in compleatly sucked, last year all I had for fun was playing RHP and TV, now RHP is fun, but not an ideal life 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year...

I'm in Bonita Springs, FL. :-) I know Palm Bay, FL ... I went to school in Melbourne (Florida Tech)... I grew up in Ft. Myers. Except for being born in California, I don't really have any extensive time living outside of Florida.

And that's all I have to say about that. M/32
