we NEED better timeout notification

I know I've been harping on this for a while, but the beginning of the
tournaments, with many games with short timeouts, makes it really
imperative that we get some sort of clear warning when a game is
going to timeout soon (say, within 24 hours).

It should be something obvious that appears on the Your Games
page.

On your games:

1) Animated clock when timeout available in less than 24 hours.

2) Animated clock - flashing red - when timeout is available now!!!!
(so move, quick!)

Clock will flash red!!!!!! I'm chasing clocks already. I'll look out for
