I need to get myself a webcam, picture quality should be good enough not to annoy me with recalculating the white point every time my shadow moves across the lens and if it's got a built in mic that would be awesome too (must be good enough to record guitar on). Anyone got any recommendations?

If it is expensive, chances are good that it will be the quality you are wanting

I should have made it clear that I'm looking for a value for money style purchase, not just a fork out for what's best.

You mean you are a cheapskate, looking for as good as you can get for as low a price as you can pay.

Well you usually get what you pay for, keep that in mind!

I'd looooooooove to see in person just how long your friends list is on facebook. Let's see, there's your pet dog... a puppet you made an account for... likewise for a jar of vaseline... and an old sock that long ago lost its partner and now is stuck with you for the rest of your lives.

Yes, usually being the operative word. In determining situations where you don't get value for money, other people on the interwebz are useful resources.

You should look at the bad language used in a certain guitar playing, that you would remove if it was in writting. Explain that one to us Oh all powerful and wise one.

IF you want to see "PERSONA ATTACKS", just look for any thread where people are quoting things to GB & myself. If that is passed off as humor, then there really are no personal attacks. So, take a chill pill!

I do believe you have tunnel vision, but you are not alone in that department.
