Our Macs, on the other hand, have never crashed since we got Mac OS X and the wireless network has never broken down. And the desktop looks fantastic, the USB ports are easily reachable (in the keyboard rather than down by your feet, or even worse, at the back of the tower) etc. etc. I could go on...

I even tried to get help from the Microsoft administrators.. they told me they couldn't close the 3rd party window (that spammers use to access your computer) because THAT part of Windows was written into the operating system! 😠
