What a good year for the roses...

Parkpop was excellent.
I'm drunk, stoned, sunburned and probably 3 kilo's heavier than when I left home this morning!

Fish was okay. He played a lot of his old songs. I found him rather fat and dull though. Lots of people seemed to like it.

I saw a couple of other bands, whose names went up in clouds of smoke and urine streams of alcohol.

And then came Elvis Costello. He rocks.
He is genuinly very amusing on stage!

la die laaaaa die laaaaaa"

maybe he just sings that at 'contractual obligation'-type gigs:

'...and i would rather be anywhere else than here todayaaaay oh oh oh oooh oooh'...
