My go-to’s:
Dry red Spanish Wine
Jameson whiskey
Dark, dark beers
And these cocktails:
Amaretto sour
One Step Closer to Getting it Together
(a lovely local concoction of lavender liqueur, st. germaine, chrysanthemum bitters, and a splash of lime)
Bourbon and Honey
(Four Roses Bourbon , orange blossom honey and lemon, garnished with fresh thyme)
What’s your pleasure?

Do you give them to people who need them?
I believe I once had around 200 plus.

@very-rusty saidI do give them out actually...a lot in fact.

I give out way more than I use.
For every free coffee card I use I give ten away...on average.
I receive a lot of them so it's no big deal to give away a bunch.
Did you know that those coffee cards are not just for coffee?
A coffee is almost 2 dollars but those coffee cards can get you other stuff...
Like a cappuccino π€...$3.50+

"Tasty" beer (usually non North American though some micro brewery's are acceptable)
Occasionally a "good" Scotch on a rock
" a Vodka Martini
" a shot of a "good" Tequila
@anderssen saidGood on you, well done. It is a good feeling to give isn't it.

Yes you can also get upgrades. I believe all our cards here are for mediums but for a small fee you can have it up graded to large or X-large. Can also get lattes with them. I believe all the hot beverages.
I will usually give them to those I feel need them. If they want change for a coffee I will as a rule give them at least one, depending on their story and if I believe them. Sometimes I will give them more than one card. I usually have between 10-20 on me.
It may not be a big deal to you or I to give them away but it means a lot to the ones receiving, as you can see it in their eyes and the big smile on their faces.

@anderssen saidI wouldn't think if they had jobs they wouldn't need them. Then again I don't know what theses delivery company drivers would make. Still the gesture is what counts.
I give mine to the beer delivery company dispatcher and she hands them out to all the drivers.

Most days I get through about three cups of English (or Irish) breakfast tea.
I don't bother with anything having alcohol unless the aim is to get drunk. Used to do that every weekend, but nowadays only maybe three times a year, if that. Generally alcohol makes me feel lousy, even in moderate quantities.
