I made mine today with dark chocolate (70% cocoa). Most of the time I use cocoa and a little sugar. The hot chocolate you get at cafés or the instant stuff (with sugar or artificial sweeteners) are always too sweet for my taste (not that I wouldn't drink them, but it's not as good as self-made).
