Well it wouldn't be right in any case it would be left cos you guys drive on the wrong side of the road!!
But no, we can't turn left on red and while I'm at it we can only overtake on the right on our motorways (freeways) not on either side like you can.

Well, I'll tell you what, one thing remains constant. No matter where you drive it's going to be problem ridden, poorly planned, and generally as complicated as possible to get from point A to point B. 😀
