drinking, however, is a depressant.

Researchers have found that UV light can activate cells in the brain’s olfactory bulb, triggering the sensory perception of flavor. This is due to the release of endorphins in the body when you are exposed to UV rays. The increased levels of endorphins cause more serotonin, which stimulates your sense of taste and smell. So, the next time you go for indoor tanning, take note of the differences in your smell and taste sensitivity prior to and after the session.

@vivify saidI recite Scripture and have memorized quite a bit, though I need to memorize more.
Does anyone ever just feel sad? How do you deal with it you do?
“Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.”

@very-rusty saidI forgot to do that this winter, but I have been going out for bike rides to get some sun a few days a week.

@kevin-eleven saidI am assuming you're a much younger man than I am so may not even need it. I use to take one everyday, now they cut me back to every other day. I just take that as I was getting too much Vitamin D so they cut me back. Good Sign.
