I am advised that a game in which I am involved may be "timed out" How does one accomplish such an action?

Your game is running out of time.
And when it does, your opponent can claim a win.

He must hit on the skull though, in the Clan games.

all players are governed by a clock
when one player runs out of time on his clock, the player is at risk of "time out"
if this is you, make a dang move
if this is yer opponent, there will be a link provided to "time out" yer opponent and win the game

crush all skulls with glee

According to records here, your opponent was timed out on 26 Jul '22 14:05.

Your opponent is a new player. I would not lose sleep over taking the win (skull)

Click the skull icon on your games page and be done with it.

Agreed. Behind every "skull" is a unique narrative replete with hopes and dreams, shining moments, laughter, bruises, and tears.

Crushing skulls, both morally and metaphorically, is the thin-ended wedge at the top of the slippery slope. It may be a seemingly small step but the direction of that step, both nevertheless and ultimately, leads to genocide.
