I think the only logical explination is that Kellsy is a patient at a mental ward. He is 35, but has the mind of whoever he wants to be. Wanna be a successful law student? Done. A man giving relationship advice and comfort to a broken 18 yr old? Done. A target of online sexual predators? Done. He became what he wanted to, and there is nothing we could do about it.
