Then sure. That would work. But I still doubt Noodles has seen the X-Files.
I'm not so sure... I thought you put this as xer game of shows xe's actually seen. With luck, xe'll let us know.

I actually couldn't read "Star Trek" books a friend tried to turn me onto. I'd be reading a paragraph in Scottie's voice, only to find it was Spock, or Kirk and gave up.

The voices were so ingrained in my mind from TV I couldn't get around thinking the voices as I read.

I'm sure you can imagine Sulu saying, "I do."

This game is too easy. You should try to guess what shows I have seen instead.
That would make it too difficult to show off.

Sesame Street? Not quite in the same league as Eastern Bloc animation, but still ...

Nah, half the appeal of the characters are their mysterious voices. Plus, you might freak yourself out since you hear the whole show in your own voice. Suddenly it would all seem so feasible.
The nice thing with subtitles instead of dubbing is that you still hear the original voices. I don't know how you could ignore the original voices and "hear" your own voice because you are reading the subtitles. However, in Germany everything gets dubbed. It's horrible. I tried watching some Star Trek in German (I have it on DVD and can choose the language), but it was so weird that I couldn't take it for more than a few minutes. But I like to have subtitles, preferably in the original language if it's English, German or Norwegian.
