the bottom of your foot has a name. it also has extra names for parts: souls, ball, instep.
So what do you call the top of your foot?
Inside of your elbow is called the inside of your elbow.
The bottom of your foot is called the sole...fillet of sole is quite tasty if it is from a clean foot 🙂

If you mean the canal that is directly under your septum, then
yes it is the philtrum. But if you mean the line between your
lips and your face, that's the vermillion border (where you stop
putting on lipstick).
what do you call the inside of your elbow?
It's called the flexor surface of your inner arm; wherever you have
part of your body that extends or contracts, like at a joint, you have
extensor surfaces (the place that stretches, like your knee joint
in the front of your body) and flexor surfaces (your 'knee pit'😉.
So what do you call the top of your foot?
Dermatologists refer to the top of your foot as the dorsal foot, and the sole as the volar foot.
