"Spacegrass" by Clutch is my pick. actually I guess about any Clutch album for me would be quality "Stoner Rock".
but I mean I smoke frequently and most of the time I am listening to the genius of
TOOL
when I do it. Especially the new one since it is so meandering at times it seems to mirror my wandering thoughts then pull me back in so by the time Maynard is singing "Shine on forever, shine on benevolent Sun. Shine upon the broken, shine until the two become one."
I am singing right along and my mind comes back together long enough to finish hitting my bowl then drift away again in thought during 10,000 Days and come back again during "The Pot" when I hear "You must've been HIGH."
speaking of which, "The Pot" is a great stoner song.
"Who are you to wave your fatty fingers at me, you must have been out your mind."
anyone play chess stoned? its fun and you dont lose as much as you'd think, nothing like inebriated chess playing, which is just suicide.

Nice pick.
I think that most great stoner songs came from the 60's. Floyd, Hendrix, King Crimson (always like throwing them in the hat).

Not only 60's tunes to me.
David Sylvian - Wave for instance, or a lot of Portishead stuff (Roads in particular) Pearl Jam's Release.
Marillions' latest Marbles contains brilliant songs.
