Double checked and the happy bottle ready for action on the shelf of the refrigerator door is 12oz (<$3.00 from Walmart a few weeks ago).

Favorite mustard is 'Grey Poupon' (made with white wine, Dijon), followed by German varieties and then Chinese. Next post is just for Phlab.

Frank's EXTRA HOT® is how I roll, the bottle is about 8 or 10oz? Big one.

Frank's® is great for cooking with, while Tabasco® is good on finished foods... so my father was told by a chef who recommended a good kitchen knife for reasonable money.

Another great product I found was Bookbinder's Habanero Mustard. Great on burgers, and I mix it half and half with BBQ sauce for grilled chicken.

P-
franks is great on eggs, but I prefer cholula(brand name) garlic pepper sauce. It is roughly the same as cayenne in intensity, but has a smokier nuttier flavor, its quite good.

I ate just a piece of habenero once, and I couldn't taste anything for the next 4 hours. way to intense to eaten as is.

Nothing wrong with Grey Poupon, I keep a bottle in the car in case anyone asks at a traffic light.

Try the Bookbinders. Good stuff.

Do they make a Habanero mustard? Boar's Head is top quality.

Some years ago, Steve & Vinnette (New Yorkers) good friends of ours in Portland placed an oversize jar of 'French's Mustard' by the rear window of their

brand new big Ford just to be politically incorrect and for laughs. 'Bookbinders' is a restaurant I've been to near Philly. Where do you buy their mustard?

Edit: Next post, 'just for you', I'll do in the morning... it's about 'Burgahs'.

Is Cholula the one with the wooden twist-off cap?

Howdy, Stranger. Where you been, Tomtom? Figured maybe you had died and gone to heaven, just to check things out. What did you learn?

Not any longer. Tossed them out. Now wear disposable grey slippers. By the way, how did you know about those loafers in the first place?

Try some Stubb's Wicked Wing Sauce if you can find it. It's hot as well. The one that is marked "INFERNO" uses habanero and a little of it will go a long way. I've used it on various types of sandwiches and I like it, but I can't get anyone else to help me use it up, so one bottle will probably last me a lifetime...lol
