I doubt that anyone who shot tony soprano ( and obviously his wife and kids at the same time...a mafia no-no...would have left his consigiliere alive.
so Tony soprano wound up in in some city that meadow would have liked as a young woman would not have wanted to go to Hobart, Tasmania. most likely they went to Copenhagen or perhaps bern, some place where she could have had a nice life.
