seems a little inelegant to buy a new cable when i know the perfectly good old one is sitting inside one of these boxes. oh, ok *grumble* - i'll pick one up next time i drive the 1200km into town for supplies. of course, i'll have to send a pigeon ahead with the message to order one in special.

but there ain't gonna be nothing in the picture but red dirt and blue sky as far as the eye can see.
