Sleep, exercise, cooking and eating - I love my self indulgent morning routine that takes up to 2 hours of stretching, jumping and rolling around on the carpet in between drinking numerous cups of weak green tea whilst watching breakfast TV. Then I do an hour walking or swimming in the afternoon.
A close second is cooking and eating. This is a pain as it gets in the way of the exercising which has to be done on an empty stomach and I never buy ready meals.
I sometimes take 2 hours dozing on the sofa to lifestyle TV programs during the day.
