I asked in a feedback and was informed that as long as they aren't causing trouble. Eh? Is the site desperate enough for clicks that they won't enforce the TOSs?🙁

So theoretically, anybody that cheats could just create a new account, and then as long as they aren't caught, could continue on cheating?

From my understanding you are correct. I am curious as to if this is a reaction to competition from other sites.

Maybe he didn't cheat. Maybe he was banned for 3(a) or 3(c) and, as long as he promises not to infringe on either of those again why can't we give the guy a second chance?

Even if it was a 3(b) I think he should be given another chance - game mods must be involved though.
