What time does this website run on?

I look at the last move on some of my games and think to myself "I thought moved about 2 minutes ago" and figure the clock is an hour behind.

Do we run on Greenwich time or is the clock based in a differnt time zone?

The server time is UT.

My I ask, are you subscriber?

and if so does it give you that priveledge to set your time or is dependant on where in the world you are?

So it is where ever you are in the world.

It just seems strange that a website as well constructed as this may have faulted on the Greenwich time?

The time is correct, it's just not BST, but GMT or UT.

You can see yourself whether someone is a subscriber, subscribers have a star next to their name. But I don't think it's a subscriber's priviledge to adjust the time zone. Go to My Settings - My Time Zone.
